I'm building my own house with EF Block ICCF. For the Top Plate, I can't find a definitive answer about whether it should recess in the 6" (nominal) channel, or if it should span the full 10" across the whole block. Any advice?

You need to do a video on insulating and ventilating conditioned attic space when using a foamed-in-place insulation product when doing a metal roof. The metal roof needs a high temp underlayment and this would restrict any condensation from escaping that is left to accumulate on the underside of the roof deck. OSB roof deck and condensation are not a good thing. No one seems to be addressing this issue.

Awesome video! Great job breaking everything down! Worked as a waterproofing mechanic for over 2 years and everything is spot on! Now lets start doing this in residential construction! Would make the wood framing in your house last for a very long time up against water!

Is the prebuck available in all widths for different size core? Of course the prebuck is made for the 6" core but what about 8"? I don't see mention of the sizes other than it comes 16 foot long. In a thumbnail I saw an oversize threshold buck for ICF door openings, where can I find that product?
